Return Policy FAQ

All of our items are  sold as final sale. If you are not satisfied with your order from Home Studio 565, you have the option to return it for an EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT only.  Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date.  Make sure that the items are returned in the same condition in which you received them.(tags on, unwashed, no scents or stains) 

We request that all items are in the original box they were received in. Any item bought on promotion or sale over 15% off will be considered a Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.   Please Note! If you request and purchase a “custom order,” it will be a final sale. There are NO returns accepted for custom orders. There will be no returns, exchanges or refunds on custom orders.  Please allow 3-5 business days for your store credit to be issued after the order has been received.

IMPORTANT: Shipping costs will be deducted on all returns for customers who receive free shipping.  Please contact us with any return or exchange inquires or with additional questions or concerns.

All Home Studio 565 bracelets are under a lifetime warranty for bracelet repair for as long as you own the bracelet. In the event of bracelet repair, the broken bracelet will be restrung on new elastic string to  include all beads located within packaging received from customer.  Bead replacement will be considered based on availability and price will vary.  Please contact us with any bracelet repair or replacement inquiries.
